Please include your iOS version, FitData version (Settings → About), and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.
Health access
If workouts do not appear, open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → FitData and allow the requested read categories, then pull to refresh in the app.
Exports
FIT and GPX need detail data from Health. Outdoor routes require GPS points; if a workout has no route, GPX export is skipped. Heart rate appears in exports only when Health provides heart-rate samples for that workout.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy. FitData processes Health data on your iPhone and does not upload workouts to a FitData server.
